A: Absolutely not! Member Diving offers courses for divers of all experience levels. We provide Open Water Diver courses for complete beginners, allowing you to earn your certification and dive independently right here in the waters of Koh Samui.
Q2: What equipment do I need to bring, or can I rent?
A: We offer comprehensive rental packages for all necessary diving equipment, including masks, snorkels, fins, wetsuits, and BCDs (Buoyancy Control Devices). You only need to bring your swimsuit and towel for your dive day. Snorkeling tours require only a swimsuit.
Q3: What are the cancellation policies?
A: We understand that plans can change. Cancellations received with at least 48 hours' notice will incur a 20% administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled dive time are non-refundable. Please contact us directly for specific booking details.
